Asher is the house manager and your dedicated online concierge. She helps you plan every detail of your vacation—from booking the villa to organizing all pre-travel arrangements.

Before your arrival, Asher typically coordinates transportation, private chef services, tours, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, birthday celebrations, groceries, and more. Her goal is to ensure everything is ready when you get here.

Once you arrive, Tito will greet you at the house. He serves as your personal on-site concierge throughout your stay.

Tito can assist with anything you need—whether it’s calling a taxi, booking a dinner reservation, arranging groceries, or organizing a last-minute adventure. He’s available and ready to help.

After you meet Tito, he will share his phone number with you. That way, you can call or text him anytime during your stay for fast, friendly support.

We provide two keychains for the front door. One includes a remote control for the alarm system. Both keychains have wooden magnet pads attached for easy storage on the wall-mounted holder.

Please keep the keychains safe during your stay. If you lose a keychain or key, we charge a $500 replacement fee.

The Garden House uses an energy-saving system, similar to those found in many hotels.

Each keychain includes a wooden pad with a built-in magnet. To activate the system, place this magnet on the pad located next to the alarm control panel.

If you don’t attach the wooden magnet pad, the lights and air conditioners on the upper floors won’t turn on.

This system helps reduce energy use while keeping the home comfortable during your stay.

 

Yes, the house has a security alarm.

We encourage all guests to activate it whenever they leave the property and before going to sleep.

Using the alarm helps keep you and your belongings safe during your stay.

Yes, the house offers two separate Wi-Fi networks.

This setup ensures you always stay connected, whether you’re working, streaming, or just browsing.

If you need help connecting, our concierge is happy to assist.

Yes, you’ll find a telephone in the bar area.

You can use it to call the internal Tulemar shuttle, book a taxi, or contact Tito or Asher anytime during your stay.

For quick assistance, the phone is always ready to use.

Yes, the Tulemar shuttle is free for all our guests.

It can take you to the beach or anywhere within the Tulemar condominium.

Just ask our concierge to arrange a ride whenever you need it.

 

At the beach, you’ll find a concierge named David, who is happy to help you.

He can provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and more—all free of charge for our guests.

When you’re ready to head back, you can use the beach telephone to call the Tulemar shuttle for pickup.

It’s all designed to make your beach day easy and relaxing.

 

Yes, there are two on-site restaurants within the Tulemar condominium.

Both are operated by Tulemar Resort and offer delicious food and drinks just steps from the house.

To charge meals and beverages to your villa, visit the Tulemar offices near the main entrance.

There, you can open a credit voucher linked to your stay.

This makes dining even more convenient—no need to carry cash or cards.

Mayra and Yessenia are our wonderful maids.

They work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

They handle daily housekeeping, wash dishes, do laundry, and keep the house clean and tidy.

If you need anything extra, feel free to ask—they’re always happy to help.

In each closet there is a hamper. Please use this for your dirty laundry and our maids will collect the hampers each morning that they work and return the clothes folded and cleaned before they leave

These are the brown towels located in a basket in the living room

Down at the Tulemar beach we have beach towels for you to use. Please do not bring the house towels down to the beach, and please do not take the beach towels up to the house.

There are safes in each bedroom. Please place your valuables in them.

Please lock all the doors and windows at night when you go to bed , when you leave the house and please use the alarm.

The pool lights are on a timer. They should turn on at 6pm and turn off at 10pm. The pool has two pumps, one for the main pool area and one for the infinity edge. The infinity edge pump runs from 10am to 5pm. The other pump has similar hours. So when the infinity pump is not running the pool water level will be a few inches below the infinity edge.
