Spa Day at the House
We can arrange for massages, body treatments, acupressure treatments, body scrubs, manicure and pedicures all in the privacy of the Garden House. In addition to the individual treatments we add on packages that include food.

Both packages include:
• Tropical fruit punch.
• Tropical fruit skewers.

Yoga & Pilates
We can arrange for private classes in the Garden House or you can visit the local studio. Their class schedule changes mostly, but usually there are yoga classes in the mornings in early evenings. The yoga studio offers classes ranging from vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, to balance classes.
Also here are some options of spa and yoga in the area:
- For all the options at the spas, you do need to make a reservation ahead of time since space is limited at each place.
- For private classes at the house, advanced reservations are also needed.
Costa Verde yoga studio
- 8am clases in an open air, ocean view studio (Monday through Friday).
- These are a slow vinyasa type class. $15 per person, cash only.
- You do need to take a taxi to get here, it’s about a 10 minute drive.
- This instructor can also come to the house and she charges $90 for a private class at the house.
RainDrop spa
- Has an indoor studio that set in the jungle and opens up to water fountains, the setting is very relaxing.
- They offer kundalini classes on Tuesday at 8am and hatha yoga on Thursday at 8am. The teacher is very experienced and its a great class.
- These clases are $15 per person cash only. You do need to take a taxi to get here, it’s about 10 minutes from the house.
- This is my favorite instructor in the area.
This teacher also offers private classes at our home and those are $90 in cash. - Raindrop Spa offers spa treatments at their spa. Their spa is in a pretty setting.
Spa Holis
- Has an indoor studio that has partial ocean view, they offer a variety of classes and you can walk there.
- Their drop in clases are $20 per person.
- Spa Holis also offers spa treatments at their spa.
The Parador Hotel
- Has the prettiest spa setting in the area. Their hotel does require a taxi ride to get to it from Tulemar.
