Asher is the house manager and your online concierge. She will help you to plan all aspects of your vacation from booking the house, to all pre travel arrangements. Asher normally will arrange for your transportation to and from the house, your activities, private chef services, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, birthday celebrations, groceries and much more. Tito will be your personal onsite concierge. He will be at the house when you arrive. Therefore, he can help you with anything that you might need during your stay. From taxis, to dinner reservations, or groceries, to outings, he is there for you. Tito will provide you with his phone number once you meet him. So, you can call or text him anytime for anything you might need.
There are two keychains to the front door for our guests to use. One of them has a remote control for the alarm, both of them have a wooden magnet pads attached to the keychain. *There is a $500 charge for a lost keychain and or a lost key.
The Garden House has an energy saving system similar to many hotel rooms. Each keychain has a wooden pad with a magnet in it. This magnet needs to be placed on the magnet pad located next to the alarm control panel. If the wooden magnet pad is not attached, then the lights in the upper floors and the air conditioners will not work.
The house has an alarm and we encourage our guests to use the alarm when they leave and when they go to sleep
The house has two infternet networks to ensure that our guests can always stay connected
There is one telephone in the bar area. You can use this phone to call the internal Tulemar shuttle and to call taxis, Tito or Asher at any time.
The shuttle is free for our guests. It will take you down to the beach or anywhere within the condominium
There is a concierge named David, he can help you get beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks etc. All of this is free for our guests. Down at the beach there is a telephone to call the shuttle to come and pick you up.
There are two restaurants that are both run by the Tulemar Resort. You can go up to their offices by the main entrance of the condominium to open up a credit voucher so that you can charge food and beverages from the on site restaurants to the house. There is one restaurant located at the family pool. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and they normally also offer room service to our house. You can also order food down at the beach from the restaurant located at the family pool.
They are our wonderful maids, they work from 7am to 3pm Monday through Saturday. They help you to do the laundry, dishes, and keep the house tidy.


In each closet there is a hamper. Please use this for your dirty laundry and our maids will collect the hampers each morning that they work and return the clothes folded and cleaned before they leave
These are the brown towels located in a basket in the living room
Down at the Tulemar beach we have beach towels for you to use. Please do not bring the house towels down to the beach, and please do not take the beach towels up to the house.
There are safes in each bedroom. Please place your valuables in them.
Please lock all the doors and windows at night when you go to bed , when you leave the house and please use the alarm.
The pool lights are on a timer. They should turn on at 6pm and turn off at 10pm. The pool has two pumps, one for the main pool area and one for the infinity edge. The infinity edge pump runs from 10am to 5pm. The other pump has similar hours. So when the infinity pump is not running the pool water level will be a few inches below the infinity edge.
